All courses delivered within Canada are subject to Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) of 13%. All courses delivered outside of Canada are not subject to sales tax.
Students are required to pay for courses in full at the time of registration. We accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, personal cheque or cash. If your company has agreed to pay for the course on your behalf, we can invoice your company to receive payment directly from them.
No. Our course prices are already affordably priced and deliver tremendous value for the investment. We do offer “early bird” pricing for specific courses if you register by a specific date. Course prices are indicated beside the individual courses offered on our Registration page. We offer past Leader’s Edge students a $200 discount when they enroll in an upcoming Leader’s Edge course.
YES. As part of our “loyalty program”, we offer all of our past Leader’s Edge students a $200 discount on upcoming Leader’s Edge courses. Many students return year after year to keep increasing their production and enjoy the camaraderie of the classes.

COURSES: If you register for a course and you cancel in writing prior to the course start date, you will be refunded in full less a $100 administration fee. This fee can be applied toward future courses. No refunds will be processed once the course has commenced.
VIRTUAL TRAINING: If you cancel your membership after purchasing access to the Leader's Edge Training content, your access to Leader's Edge Training will terminate at the end of your current month's billing period and your monthly billing will stop. All charges and fees are non-refundable.

We have two courses approved by the Canadian Association for Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP) for continuing education (CE) credits. For a full description of these individual courses please click the links below:

Our mortgage courses are currently approved by CAAMP for CE credits throughout Canada. Our real estate courses are currently approved by RECO for CE credits in Ontario only.
Our courses can be approved for CE credits in other states or provinces upon request. If your state or province requires agents to perform continuing education as part of their licensing requirements, please let us know and we can apply to have our courses approved in your jurisdiction.
If you have attended a course which has been approved for continuing education (CE) credits, you can print your certificate from the Students section of our website.
RECO CE CREDITS: You are required to complete 24 CE credits every two years to maintain your licence in Ontario. When you submit your “Declaration of Continuing Education” report with your licence renewal, write the seminar name, education provider and number of credits on the report. Keep a copy of the certificate on file in case RECO requires proof of attendance.
CAAMP CE CREDITS: CE Credit reporting for the AMP designation is done on an annual basis. Also the new annual required CEs have been increased from 10 CEs to 12 CEs per calendar year. Report and track your CE credits online through http://www.caamp.org

YES. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information using 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.
In Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6 and below, a solid padlock will appear on the bottom right of the screen when encryption is in use. For Microsoft Internet Explorer version 7, the padlock is at the top of the page, to the right of the address bar. To determine whether 40-bit or 128-bit encryption is in effect, open the document information page using File->Properties. This will indicate whether "weak" or "strong" encryption is in use.
