As we were nearing the end of the year I sat reflecting on my past business year. As I was looking at the challenges that we faced this year and the changes that took place in the industry. I felt very fortunate to have achieved the results I had set out to do. At the beginning of the year I made a decision to “work on my business” and my first step was attending the Leader’s Edge Training seminar . At first I was reluctant to spend 3 days away from my business; however, I wanted to learn new skills and re-learn the old skills (that I shelved in our busy time). What perfect timing for the course as our market slowed down as it taught me how to foster new relationships this year and strengthened old ones. The content that you covered was practical and the text book you gave us has been sitting on my desk (and referred to) many times this year. What great tools you gave to the attendees and the weekly follow-up was awesome. I have never attended a course such as yours that the facilitator was so focused on his attendees succeeding that follow-up was given at no charge. I can remember in the course you stated that you did truly care about our success and it wasn’t just attending the course that would do it, it was the implementation once we got back to the office. When I received your note at the end of the year reminding us to revisit our business plan and get it on paper for the upcoming year I was not only grateful but somewhat shocked that you still remembered your class from the spring (you are obviously interested in our success). I am thankful I took the time to attend your course and I would certainly go to any refresher courses you would happen to do in my area!

I was a mortgage professional for 1.5 year when stumbled on to this course. When I say stumbled, I mean I literally tripped and fell in to this course. Due to the economic crises and lack of funding of mortgages in today’s market, most of us are puzzled and frustrated. I am a mortgage agent with only 2 months experience.  I have a great team that is behind me that answers all of my questions. However, I needed more. I needed to learn how to speak and what to say to real estate agents, financial planners, accountants, etc...   I heard about the Leader’s Edge Training program through a friend and thought to myself, this is perfect, this is what I need to help get my business started and headed in the right direction. I walked into this course not really expecting too much, but from the very beginning I was extremely interested in what Chris had to say.  There was never a dull moment.  I have never been to a course where the speaker was as interesting and knowledgeable and able to teach the material in a way that everyone will understand.  The content is very useful for new mortgage agents and experienced agents.  There were many experienced agents in the course that were looking to get back on track with their business plans and to learn new ideas about marketing and prospecting.  Chris keeps the attention of the audience with interesting information and makes the course interactive.   Not only did I learn from Chris, but I learned so much information from the other great mortgage agents that I met during the course.
