Just a quick note to let you know that I enjoyed the Leader’s Edge Training course very much, even for the 2nd time! I have enjoyed being a top producer and generating an impressive income for quite a few years. The last while has been very difficult with real estate sales slumping. This winter I started to feel pulled down by others around me and I noticed the more I think things are bad, the worse they actually get! I decided to sign up for your course again – to at least feel like I am doing something positive and proactive. I pulled out your prospecting to do lists so that I could at least say with a straight face that I was doing the work – just in case you asked. There were quite a few things I forgot about doing. The 3-day refresher was great. I like your personable, consulting style sale. Many of the other trainers or motivational speakers have a “too slick too pushy sale style” which does not feel right to me. I am happy to say that I can make a lot of money AND help make a lot of people happy by being nice, and with your ideas I can better lead my clients in the right direction. Just being around you for a while was a good boost of positive that I needed and the numbers prove it. I did zero deals in January and February, one in March and so far this month since I finished your course – I have signed up 6 listings and written 4 accepted and now firm offers. At first I thought, ouch that's a lot of money for a course, but after taking the course and learning all of the content, the cost of the course is too low!

I have been selling Real Estate for close to 10 years now in two different provinces. I have taken many different courses and have a lot of experience in dealing with adverse markets and clients. After so many courses of hearing the same thing put in so many different ways, it was refreshing to hear a message that didn’t just talk the talk but actually walked the walk.

The best value and the most unique thing I got out of this course was your business planning session and the software that you put together. In the ten years of selling real estate and the countless courses I have been on, no one had shown me how to apply the business techniques needed to plan a year and a life in real estate. I am a relatively new agent with 4 months in the business. As I soon found out, the licensing courses did not prepare me for the real world of the real estate business. While the seasoned agents in my office were helpful, they seem to have some bad habits – or at least some ways of doing business that I choose not to follow. Before I started in Real Estate I was a master corporate trainer for a very large, successful corporation. I am always a very big critic of other training courses and trainers because I know the importance of capturing the learners' attention and ensuring they utilize what they learn.
