When it comes to selling real estate it isn’t about location, location, location. It’s about price, price, price. Assuming the sellers are happy with everything you’ve told them about your services and you’ve agreed on a commission rate, it’s time to move on to discussing the price of their home. There are several ways to determine the price, but ultimately it comes down to the seller’s motivations and agreeing on a number that makes both of you happy.
